With over 17 years of experience as a dedicated pet stylist and two years as a front desk receptionist, Heather brings a warm, professional touch to every aspect of her work. Her mission is to ensure that both pets and their parents feel comfortable, cared for, and confident during every visit. Whether she’s helping a dog look its best with a stylish groom or greeting clients with a friendly smile at reception, Heather’s calm, compassionate nature puts everyone at ease.

Heather is Fear Free Certified, trained to recognize and reduce fear, anxiety, and stress in pets, making each appointment a more positive experience. Placed second in a competitive grooming competition with one of her beloved companions. She has also had the opportunity to work alongside respected professionals, including Dr. Peiman gaining valuable insight into collaborative pet care.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys crafting, baking, and spending quality time with her children. Her favorite place to unwind is a cottage, where she recharges and enjoys the outdoors and swimming.
