Mariamna

Mariamna is an educator with a strong background in veterinary medicine, a field she has been immersed in since 2019. She began her career in emergency veterinary care before transitioning to general practice clinics, all while pursuing her academic goals.

It was during this journey that she discovered a deep passion for teaching, leading her to complete an Honours Bachelor’s degree at McMaster University, followed by her teaching qualifications at Lakehead University.

Although her path has brought her into the classroom, her dedication to veterinary work remains strong. She continues to stay actively connected to the field, bringing real-world experience, compassion, and practical knowledge to her work.

With one foot in veterinary care and the other in education, she is committed to making a meaningful impact—both in clinics and in classrooms.
